How it works

How do I get started?

Your plan is a predefined meal plan created for you based on your dietary goals and preferences. Simply follow through the steps; choosing whether you’d want a 5-day weekly plan (Mon to Fri) or whole week plan, with breakfasts or snacks optional.

Can I change the meals in my plan?

Absolutely! Our meal plan is super flexible, meaning you can select your meals based on your preferences.

Simply log into your account, click on “Delivery calendar”, then “Edit meal plan”. This will bring up your entire weekly plan and you can edit meals the meals you’d like to receive.

Any additional costs or deductions will be updated in your basket accordingly.

How much does it cost?

The weekly price will be shown once your plan has been created. The cost will be dependent on your meal selections. For example, for breakfast/snack, lunch and dinner for under £100 a week.

How do I place an order?

Once you are happy with your plan, proceed to checkout and enter your details. Select your preferred day to start your deliveries on either Sunday or Wednesday and enter your payment details. We accept Debit/Credit Cards including American Express.

How does the ordering and payment of my weekly plan work?

We are a subscription-based company therefore your plan will automatically be renewed every week with weekly charges.

Changes and cancellations

Can I pause or cancel my subscription?

Yes, you may skip the deliveries or cancel the subscription from your account. Simply log in to your account and head over to the “Subscription settings”.


When you cancel from your account, the system will schedule your cancellation for after you have received all the meals you have paid for.

If you wish to cancel sooner, then please get in touch with the customer services team at who can cancel an order sooner as long as there isn’t an order already being prepped for you.

Alternatively, as long as there isn’t an order in prep for you, then you can select our “skip” option to opt-out of receiving meals on particular days.

Can I cancel/change a delivery after the order cut off times?

We deliver fresh food twice a week and therefore have two cut-offs, Wednesday at 8pm for a Sunday delivery and Sundays at 8pm for a Wednesday delivery. This cut off is in place to ensure we have the right stock levels for all ingredients and have time to prepare and cook your food.

We also prepare all the admin associated with your order which includes printing, arranging the labels for your meals, packing boxes and ensuring our couriers collect your parcel on time.

Therefore, we are unable to cancel or change your order after the cut off times due to costs and operational complexity associated. We hope you will understand that.

Can I make changes after the deadline?

Please take note of these following days to make changes to your plan:

– Before Wednesday 8pm for Sunday delivery
– Before Sunday 8pm for Wednesday delivery

If you need to change an address after any of these times for an upcoming delivery, please contact us as soon as possible

Note that it is not possible to redirect a delivery on the day of delivery.

The meals

Can I just take a look at the menu?

The menu can be viewed here. We change the menu once every week to make sure you and your taste buds stay exhilarated.

Where do you source your food from?

We source from high quality certified producers &/or farmers.

How will I know what each meal contains?

All our items on the menu have a full macro and ingredients breakdown listed on the menu page.

You will also find this information on the food container.

Do you offer halal food?

Our meals are Halal suitable, all of our suppliers offer us halal certified products. All our protein is Halal, we do not handle any pork (including pork derivatives) or any alcohol on site or within our ingredients.

How do I prepare my food?

Our service is to make healthy eating as easy and convenient as possible. Each meal is individually packaged in a microwaveable container ready to reheat. All heating instructions are found on the food boxes, specific to each meal.

Can I heat in the oven?

All of our meals come with heating instructions for the microwave and we don’t provide any heating instructions for the oven.

It would be possible if you wish, to move the food into an oven safe dish and heat that way.

Always ensure your meals are heated properly before consuming

How long do the meals last?

Meals will stay fresh for 3 days upon delivery if kept refrigerated.

All expiry dates are found on the food boxes.

Can I freeze the meals?

Of course! We recommend that you freeze the meals on the day of delivery if you aren’t planning on eating them within the recommended best before date. You can freeze them for up to 28 days from delivery date and will need to be defrosted for 24 hours before following the provided heating instructions.

What if I have allergies?

When you are placing an order, there is a section for you to highlight any allergens that you have. This information will then highlight to you any meal that contains the selected allergen(s).

We are 100% dairy & gluten free. We handle all allergens (except gluten and dairy) in our kitchen and cannot guarantee an allergen free environment. Although every care has been taken to remove all bones and shells, some may remain.

What if there are issues with my meals?

We aim to provide 100% satisfaction guarantee. If there are any issues with your meals, please contact us immediately explaining the issue to us and we will try our best to resolve this for you.

Are you suitable for dairy and gluten intolerances?

We do not handle gluten or dairy on-site, or use them in our recipes, however, we cannot make this promise due to the possibility of cross-contamination by our manufacturers and suppliers.


How does my food stay cool?

All your meals are packed with special ice packs and insulation, so your food keeps cool until you get home.

Can I recycle my packaging?

We are committed to sustainability throughout our business and in our packaging.

You can recycle and reuse all of our packaging:

  • The meal containers, insulation and protective paper are compostable
  • The box, snack pots and meal lids can be recycled
  • The icepacks can be reused, or emptied (and washed down the sink with hot water) and recycled.



What days do you deliver?

We deliver on Sundays and Wednesdays.

On Sunday, you will receive meals for Monday to Wednesday. To receive your order on Sunday, please ensure you place the order by 8pm on the Wednesday before.

On Wednesday, you will receive meals for Thursday and Friday, and the weekend if you have added these days to your plan. To receive your order on the Wednesday, please ensure you place the order by 8pm on the Sunday before.

What areas do you deliver to?

We deliver to mainland UK, but please note that there are some areas in Scotland where delivery is not available. This is because we want to make sure our food stays fresh by only delivering to areas where our couriers can guarantee next-day delivery. You can check the eligibility for your postcode in the checkout section, after selecting your plan.

How will my meals be delivered?

If you live within the M25, your parcel will be made by Packfleet couriers. They will message you on the morning of delivery to notify you of your estimated arrival time and tracking details.

If you live outside of the M25, your parcel will be delivered by DPD couriers. You can download the DPD app for easy access to your delivery information.

How much is delivery?

Delivery is FREE if excluding discounts you spend over £45 for 3 day plans or £75 for 5 and 6 day plans. Otherwise you will be charged £6 per delivery.

What if I’m not going to be home?

No problem! When you are placing your order at checkout, you’ll be able to specify delivery instructions to the driver such as a safe place.

On the day of delivery, you will receive a text message and you will have the option to leave your delivery in a safe place or with a neighbour.

If left somewhere such as your back garden, a picture of the location will be available via the delivery link from DPD or Packfleet depending on your location.
