Meal prep can often be a complicated process but at Lions Prep we deliver high quality, healthy food to your doorstep to make it easier to track what you eat, whilst taking the hassle out of preparing your meals.
Order online by putting together your first weekly plan. Don’t worry if you’re not sure on what to choose. Our menu changes weekly and you can edit your order up to 3 days before your delivery is due.
On the day of your delivery you'll receive a text with your time slot. Not going to be in? We'll leave your package in a safe place at your request.

You’re in full control of your meal plan and can manage your account easily. Simply log in to your account where you can add meals to your plan, skip deliveries when needed, view your order history etc.
Our plans are fully customisable so no two customer’s boxes are the same. From your plan requirements and allergies we will recommend a number of meals to suit your goals. You choose whether you want a low carb or balanced diet and your main protein of meat, fish or vegan meals and we’ll do the rest.
You will receive all your freshly prepared meals delivered in one go every Wednesday or Sunday. You can choose which delivery day works best for you.
Up to 3 days before each delivery you will be able to change your plan details & choose the meals for your delivery. Alternatively, based on your meal plan settings, allergens and dietary requirements our system can choose the meals for you on a weekly basis.
Fresh food is extremely important to us which is why for 5 & 6 day plans we deliver your weekly subscription over two deliveries.
You can amend your meals up to 3 days before each delivery. For a Wednesday delivery you have until 10pm on a Sunday to amend your meals. For Sunday deliveries you have until 10pm Thursday each week.

No. You can skip the deliveries or cancel the subscription from your account section at any time. When you cancel from your account, the system will schedule your cancellation for after you have received all the meals you have paid for.
Our plans are completely customisable. You can choose between a 3, 5 or 6 day plan and from a range of meals, breakfasts & snacks to match your goals. Find out below to get a price to match your meal plan.
Absolutely! Our meal plan is flexible, meaning you can select your meals based on your preferences. Don’t worry if you forget to amend you weekly meals though, our executive chef will select your meals based on your allergies and meal plan to make sure you’re meals suit your goals.
On the day of delivery, you will receive a text message and you will have the option to leave your delivery in a safe place or with a neighbour.
If left somewhere such as your back garden, a picture of the location will be sent to you via text message. All your meals are packed with special ice packs and insulation, so your food keeps cool for up to 24 hours until you get home. Just pop them in the fridge when you get back.
All our recipies come with detailed nutritional information and our system will select meals which take into account the allergies you have disclosed.
We get that plans change and that’s why we allow you to skip your delivery up to 3 days before your delivery is due. Just amend your delivery in my account before 10pm Thursday for Sunday delivery or before 10pm on a Sunday for a Wednesday delivery and we’ll take care of the rest.
Meals will stay fresh for 4 days upon delivery if kept refrigerated. If you are planning on eating the meals after 4 days please freeze them once they’re delivered to ensure freshness. To defrost, please take your meals out of the freezer the night before consumption and leave in the fridge for up to 24 hours before.
