No. You can skip the deliveries or cancel the subscription from your account section at any time. When you cancel from your account, the system will schedule your cancellation for after you have received all the meals you have paid for.
Our plans are completely customisable. You can choose between a 3, 5 or 6 day plan and from a range of meals, breakfasts & snacks to match your goals. Find out below to get a price to match your meal plan.
Absolutely! Our meal plan is flexible, meaning you can select your meals based on your preferences. Don’t worry if you forget to amend you weekly meals though, our executive chef will select your meals based on your allergies and meal plan to make sure your meals suit your goals.
On the day of delivery, you will receive a text message and you will have the option to leave your delivery in a safe place or with a neighbour.
If left somewhere such as your back garden, a picture of the location will be sent to you via text message. All your meals are packed with special ice packs and insulation, so your food keeps cool for up to 24 hours until you get home. Just pop them in the fridge when you get back.
All our recipies come with detailed nutritional information and our system will select meals which take into account the allergies you have disclosed.
We get that plans change and that’s why we allow you to skip your delivery up to 3 days before your delivery is due. Just amend your delivery in my account before 10pm Thursday for Sunday delivery or before 10pm on a Sunday for a Wednesday delivery and we’ll take care of the rest.
Meals will stay fresh for 4 days upon delivery if kept refrigerated. Each meal has the ‘use by date’ printed on the label.
