A guide to changing your Lions Prep meal plan

Fancy trying dishes that aren’t usually on your meal plan? Or maybe you’d like to add a few extra meals to your next delivery? Customising your meal plan with Lions Prep is super simple and can be done in just a few steps. 

We’re here to make sure that you receive the right nutrition to help you reach your health and fitness goals. So here’s our guide to editing your Lions Prep meal plan if you’d like to change your dietary preferences, meal choices, and number of dishes you’d like delivered.

Getting started

If you haven’t ordered from us before, go to the Lions Prep home page and select the order now button. This will take you to the page where you can select your meal plan. Here you can pick your dietary requirements, the number of meals you’d like and the dishes you want.

Our menu changes every 2 weeks, so if you don’t have time to select your meals for future deliveries, we’ll automatically choose your dishes for you based on your preferences.

Change the number of meals

Lions Prep offers options for up to 4 meals per day including breakfast and up to 2 snacks. Once you choose the number of meals you would like each day of the week, this will be your default setting for future deliveries.

However, we understand that tastes or goals may change. So there is an option to edit the amount of meals or number of days you would like your meals delivered each week.

To add extra meals for future deliveries, go to your account (you may have to login) then go to the ‘Deliveries’ tab at the top of the page. Find the week that you would like to edit your meal plan. If you look to the right hand side of the page, you will find Add meal or Add snack. If you would like less meals, click the Remove button next the dish you’d like to take out of your plan for this week.

Tweak your set menu

It’s normal for goals or tastes to change, so we’ve made it easy for you to edit your dietary preferences moving forward. There’s the option to exclude certain foods if you have any allergies or intolerances. Or change from a balanced to low-carb plan for example.

If you’ve already organised a delivery from us, but you’d like to change your meals for future orders, go to ‘My Account’ (you may need to log in) and under ‘My Plan’, you will find a list of options. You can then edit your dietary preferences. We offer a variety of options that can cater to the likes of low carb, vegan and gluten free diets.

Customise your plan

Fancy trying something that isn’t on your usual meal plan? We often find that some of our meat-eating customers like trying out vegan options, but don’t want to commit to an entirely plant-based plan. Or those on a low-carb plan have spotted a meal on the balanced plan that they prefer.

To add dishes you wouldn’t get on your usual meal plan, go to your account then go to the Deliveries tab at the top of the page. Here, you’ll be able to find the dishes planned for your upcoming deliveries. You can select Change where there will be the option to select vegan meals for example, or other options that wouldn’t usually be in your plan.

Review and place your order

After customising your meal plan, review your selections and place your order. Lions Prep will then deliver your meals to your doorstep, ready to eat!
